Nach dem Architekturstudium an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und 3-jähriger Anstellung im Architekturbüro entschied ich mich für die Selbständigkeit. Obwohl mein Interesse dem Objekt- und Möbeldesign galt, konnte ich in diesem Metier schlecht Fuß fassen, spezialisierte mich alternativ auf 3D-Architektur-Visualisierung und arbeitete in diesem Bereich ca. 8 Jahre mit großem Erfolg. Nach langer Krankheit, der damit verbundenen Aufgabe meiner bisherigen Tätgkeit als Visualisierer sowie dem erstarkenden Bewusstsein für einen großen und bisher unterdrückten kreativ-künstlerischen Willen, versuche ich - im Zuge eines „Neustarts“ - mein Leben intensiv auf die künstlerische Betätigung auszurichten, die mir zu einem roten Faden und Wegweiser geworden ist.

Meiner derzeitigen Arbeit liegt vor allem die enge Verbundenheit zum Thema Baum und Material Holz, die ich schon seit jungen Jahren verspüre, zu Grunde.
