Bio / Resumee / Statement:
Künstlerisch tätig ist Steffen Gulden (Unterzeichnet seine Werke mit steffiSH) schon sein ganzes Leben, nicht nur malerisch sondern auch gestalterisch. Da diese künstlerischen Ausbrüche die bis heute sein Leben in einiger Regelmässigkeit durchziehen in der Zeit seines Ingenieurstudiums und bei seiner darauf folgende Tätigkeit als Entwicklungsingenieur wenig Platz fanden, gerieten sie in eine art Warteposition, doch nie in Vergessenheit.
Nach einem Sportunfall 1993 und der darauf folgenden lange andauenden Rekonvaleszenz fanden seine künstlerischen Fähigkeiten einen neuen Raum in seinem Leben und er beendete seine Ingenieurstätigkeit.
2007 zog er von Darmstadt in Hessen nach Berlin, weil er sich in der Metropole und unter vielen Künstlern besser verwirklichen kann.
Seit 2008 findet in meinem Atelier Aktmalen statt.
Die meisten Werke sind zwar käuflich, doch das sieht der Künstlers nicht als Sinn seines Schaffens an, Bilder zu verkaufen. Er freut sich zwar wenn seine Werke Anderen gefallen, das ist aber nicht der Grund zum Weitermalen für ihn.
