Alexandra Kossyachnaya has graduated from Pictorial Art Department of Fine Arts and Graphical Faculty, Almaty National University (Kazakhstan).
Starting on 1998th, Alexandra took an active part in artistic exhibitions both in Kazakhstan and abroad. In 2000 an artist’s painting gained award for the 2nd place in the International paintings exhibitions in Chieti, Italy. Her paintings were bought for private collections in Kazakhstan, Russia, Italy, Germany and the USA.
Alexandra’s paintings are internally feminine take on the world around us. She has her own, recognizable style. This is an unusual delivery of well - known simple things. And mostly important – bright color, which still stays mysterious and amazing phenomenon for people on which we all depend.
Alexandra Kossyachnaya: “Artist does not only picture the world around us, he adds a part of himself in it. My stories are not illustrative. Everything I wish to express – more emotions, admiration, my narration about how our world is wonderful and amazing. As an artist I have a main dream – to give my spectators feeling of celebration on an ordinary day, brighten world”.
