BIOGRAPHY
Walter Graziani has born in 1944 at Toscana in the region known as "Greve in Chianti", Italy.
Was attract to music sins was little, After years of being a professional drum player he worked in a cruise ship that traveled between New-York and the Caribbean islands. In 1969 he worked in London with pop music band on a T.V. show.
At the end of the 60's, started studying photography which became his new profession. he immigrated to Jerusalem , Israel in 1972. and worked in "one of the most famous studios in tel-Aviv called "faraj studios" as a photographer. In 1978 he opened his own photography studio.
In 1992 started to take interest in alternative medicine and took courses in Reiki, Healing, Jin Shean Acupressure and tao.
From 1999 started to dedicate his free time to painting.
STATEMENT
Walter Graziani , created imaginary story, imaginary story that based on part of his reality. Reality that most of us forgot back in the childhood.
A grate deal of his pieces of art where created after a strong impact with the supernatural. When he was studying the art of imagination and healing, he have been instructed how to use the beauty of the supernatural like energy and "instructed imagination" to help him to heal others illness and miseries.
If you look at Walter art you can see a story, a story of the inner person that he is.
In most of his paintings Walter exists, if on the canvas or at the story line. he is always inseparable part of the painting. His painting is kind of a dream, Some time a nightmare. The colors describe his mood his fears and desire.
The creatures and persons he paints are his friends, they come to him in daydream in meditation and while treating his patients. Some of them are shamans that help him in his treatments, some are just a nice company for a walk in the forest or love ones that are out of reach.
By oil paint a brash and a canvas, Walter Graziani present to us his own life that leap between bright yellow fields true dark purple forests,
all in vivid colors, marvels creatures and animals that leave us, the viewers in doubt.
what is his realty and what is his imagination.
