Biographie:
Geboren 1964 in Ann Arbor / USA
Künstlerische Bildung ab Ende der 60er Jahre. Großen Einfluß hatten die Künstler Walter Graser, Ludwig Grub und Rudolf Scharpf, die mir Lehrer in Theorie und Praxis waren. 1986-95 Studium der Biologie, Geographie und Kunst, 1996-97 Ausbildung in Kamera, Schnitt und Videoproduktion, 1998-99 Masterschool Dokumentarfilm in Münster, 2000-2009 Ausbildung in Massage, Körpertherapie und Tian Yan Nei Gong.

Künstlerische Arbeit:
Plastiken in Ton und Schrott, Installationen und Landschaftskunst, Malerei, graphische Arbeiten, Videoarbeiten, Photographie, Lyrik und Drehbücher.
Ich bewege mich mit meinen Arbeiten zwischen den Kunstformen, stets auf der Suche nach dem überraschenden Blick und der dem Ort, Material und Moment innewohnenden Magie. Diese suche ich in einem wechselseitigen Prozeß der Inspiration und Kreation herauszuarbeiten. Meine Arbeit ist ein steter Wandlungsprozeß von der ersten Anregung, die in Kommunikation mit dem Ort oder dem Material geschieht, bis zum Abschluß des Werks, das selbst wiederum eine Momentaufnahme ist und sich durch den Einfluß des Ortes, des Materials und der Zeit weiter verändert und entwickelt.
