Statement:
My work is about capturing fleeting moments-time and space can be moved around, re-assembled, looked at in new relationships and combinations of elements: objects found and positioned, reconfigured, in search of traces, expressions of emotion. I work intuitively, my work primarily mixed-media:combining digital photography, toys, natural materials, like birch bark or fabrics. The works are often temporary and confer fragility, though also that which is celebratory and joyful.
