Vita / Lebenslauf:
Jayson Keeling was born in Brooklyn, NY and attended The Fashion Institute of Technology. For most of his career Keeling has worked almost exclusively in the medium of photography but recently he has begun to explore video and sculpture as well. He has been included in exhibitions at: The Queens Museum, GBE/passerby, The Rush Arts Gallery, Roebling Hall, The Studio Museum in Harlem, Moti Hasson Gallery, Cuchifritos, and Real Art Ways.

His residencies include: LLCC's Work Space Studio Residency, The Bronx Museum’s A.I.M 27 (2006), Aljiria’s Emerge 08 (2006), and was chosen as a Smack Mellon Hot Pick (2008). His work has been reviewed in the Brooklyn Rail, Flash Art, The New York Times, Artforum.com and NYARTS Magazine.
