Jon Patrick currently lives and works in Seattle Washington although his formative years were spent between the Chippewa Forest of Northern Minnesota and the Northern Great Plains of Western North Dakota.
He suggests that "these images are merely the surfaces of some kind of battleground; the eternal struggle of the individual seeking to interrogate experience real or imagined and record the palpitations of the flesh. They are simply alchemical cauldrons involving the nervous system, water/oil and muds of some kind."
