Statement:
Ich denke für jeden Bereich des kreativen Schaffens gilt, dass die Natur über die vererbte Veranlagung eine mehr oder minder ausgeprägte Basis in Form eines inneren Verlangens geschaffen haben muss. So auch die Begeisterung für das Musische, mit all seinen Stilrichtungen. Oft greifen einige dieser Fassetten ineinander. Glücklich derjenige, der seine Neigungen, "seine Fassetten", nebeneinander ausleben kann.

Ich habe mich für die Ölmalerei entschieden und sehe mich als phantastischen Realisten und Symbolisten mit Schwerpunkt der Porträtmalerei von Mensch und Tier. Und dies, wie bereits gesagt, alles auf der Basis der Begeisterung, der gottgegebenen Neigung, des inneren Drangs.

Bio / Resumee / Statement:
Geboren 1956, erste Erfahrungen mit Farbe und Pinsel als Kind unter Anleitung des Vaters. Weiterer künstlerischer Werdegang im Selbststudium.

Realistisch gearbeitete Arrangements mit symbolistischen Inhalten.

Mein Sujet: Portraits, Akte, Tiermotive und Stillleben, oft in Verbindung miteinander. Gleichfalls Landschaften als Basis für figurale Darstellungen.

Materialien: Öl auf Leinwand, Stein, Schiefer, Terrakotta sowie auf Holz.

Ausstellungen: zahlreiche Gruppen- und Einzelausstellungen im fränkischen Raum als auch in Baden-Baden, Konstanz, Monschau, Straßburg / Frankreich und Meisterschwanden / Schweiz. Weitere Aktivitäten sind in Vorbereitung.

Verleihung der Euro-Ehrennadel in Gold „Ami de l’Europe“ im Januar 2002 für hervorragende künstlerische Leistungen für Kunst und Kultur des Europäischen Kulturkreises in Baden-Baden.
