Statement:
Es geht um die Möglichkeit mit den Mitteln der Zeichnung das in sich Widerspruchsvolle der Wirklichkeit zu gestalten, besonders den gesellschaftlich begründeten Kampf zwischen Zerstörung und Beschützen des menschlichen und die Tatsache, dass sich aller Gegensatz in erster Linie als der von Körper und Geist, Masse und Nichts, Intaktheit und Verzehrung der körperlichen Substanz darstellt.
Es geht nicht darum, die Natur zu beobachten oder in ihr eine Botschaft zu lesen, sondern in Verbindung zu treten mit dem Ungewöhnlichen, den Geist von der vertrauten Welt zu entfernen, der Neurose eine Stimme und der Angst eine Gestalt zu geben.
Dem Körperlichen zugewandt und doch der Anatomie entrissen, wird der Körper zum Wort, zum Gefühl.
