Vita / Lebenslauf:
Arthur Shelepaev (creative pen name � Lei), was born (at the eight of august) 08.08.1986. Studied at the School of creations, Dobryanka, Perm region. By the Art Studio teacher�s recommendation he finished courses of design at the Perm State Polytechnic University. He felt it�s impossible to open all his creative potential this conditions and took a trip to S-Petersburg and Moscow.
This moment he studies at the Kungursky State Artistic Industrial college. He gives a preference to the constant creative search of new ideas and self-improvement in painting.
