After studying art and video production in London, Tanya worked in the advertising and TV industries for several years.
As well as creating and exhibiting various forms of artwork during this period, Tanya has written and produced her own TV sketches and short films, sometimes featuring stop-frame animation. In recent years Tanya’s work has become more political, and she has a track record of writing critically-acclaimed satirical humour for TV and theatre. She has recently been exploring her early passion for cartoons, and dipped a toe in the murky world of political cartooning.
